Clients make use of all facilities at their own risk and the owners take no responsibility for accidents and injuries caused by careless, irresponsible or reckless behaviour. In particular there are strict rules about pool usage which will be explained in detail in the official guide to the houses. This will be sent upon receiving a confirmed reservation but to be clear parents are responsible at all times for their children in and around swimming pools

Clients are responsible for any damage and breakages with items replaced on a new for old basis. We trust clients to admit to any damage.

The owners will provide each property in a clean and tidy condition with suitable bedding and linen provided – including pool towels

Clients are asked to leave each house in a clean and tidy condition as is reasonable at the end of their holiday

Keys must be returned at the end of the holiday

Check in not before 1600 hours and departure will be by 10am unless there is no incoming client on the same day

We will treat all client information in strictest confidence and no data will be exchanged with 3rd parties. We will invite you to opt in or out of any email marketing programmes.

The owners accept no liability for the use or downloading of information from this website

In the event of a dispute Spanish law will apply and any legal recourse must be made via the Spanish legal system

No booking is accepted until a deposit is paid except by previous agreement in writing
