There are discounts available when booking two houses. These are shown below.

Prices include IVA  – no extras unless guests damage items.

Payment can be made in Euros or £ sterling and via Pay Pal – details on request

Minimum 3 nights – 7 nights in summer period – except Antonio 2 nights and 3 nights respectively

A 25% deposit will secure a confirmed reservation – the balance payable 4 weeks before the start of the holiday

Cancellations will result in a lost deposit. Entry on day of arrival 16.00. Exit by 10.00 on departure day unless times  agreed in advance

*Cancellations after full payment is made will be 75% for 3 weeks or more, 50% for 2 weeks or more and within 8 days of the holiday no refund

* These policies will apply if it is not possible to find replacement clients for the period of the holiday booking
